Sliding Z Projection (FIJI Python Script)

This is a Fiji script written in Python. It takes an open image stack as input and makes a new stack with the sliding maximal Z-projection of the input.

Usage

When run, the user is prompted to enter the number of image slices for each maximal Z-Projection, default is 5 image slices. This corresponds to a maximal Z-Projection which is each original image slice +/- 5 image slices.

Drag and drop 'bSliding_Z_Projection_.py' into your Fiji Plugins folder. Restart Fiji

Run

With an image stack open, select 'bSliding Z Projection' from the plugins menu.
